The climate at Trangie has proven to be ideal for growing Iris and Beryl James had a passion for these lovely blooms.
This led to the establishment of her Iris Farm. 
Beryl bred an iris called "On Wings" which won an international award in Florence.
Sadly, Beryl no longer has the Iris Farm at Trangie but many of her iris are now available in nearby Narromine.
